Commment:	This is my fourth Rapid Reel hose reel purchase, three for gardern hoses and a fourth for an air hose. The reels are extremely solid and operate smoothly. The ratcheting friction brake is a great feature. Cheap hose reels are exactly that, and I would recommend these to family and friends in a heart beat.

Commment:	I spent a lot of time researching hose reels and I finally found one that is in my opinion the BEST IN THE MARKET! I have only had this reel a few weeks and I cannot say enough goood thing about it. It is head and shoulders above the others I had looked at and it has lived up to my expectations. It was also very easy to assemble. I plan on purchasing another one in the near future for the side of my house.
