Commment:	Don't even hesitate to buy this hose reel. It is built to last. It is versatile in how you can set it up and easy to install. It is more expensive than the plastic garbage out there, but will last years longer and is a pleasure to wind and unwind. I bought 3 and set them up on each spicket of my house. Well worth it.

Commment:	This review won't be very original--pretty much the same as other positive reviews. At first, I balked at the idea of paying over $100 for a hose reel. However, after looking at the specs and some of the reviews on the Rapid Reel, I finally somehow broke down and ordered one. This is really a fine piece of equipment! It's in a completely different league compared to the usual plastic reels. A clever design that allows either parallel or perpendicular mounting. In short, it's a bunch of money, but you're going to have it for a really, really long time, and it works very smoothly; a pleasure to use.
