Commment:	I love this for what it doesn't do. It doesn't leak. It doesn't drag across my deck when I unroll the hose. It doesn't have plastic fittings. And I suspect I won't have to replace it anytime soon. Highly recommended. Save your money, just buy one hose reel that will last you 10 years or more, warranteed.

Commment:	I have owned every type of hose reel out there.I have spent about $450 in the last 12 yrs thinking I was buying some of the best products available. Well they do not last ,they rust they break the tires go flat ,they just stink.Just when I was giving up on all hose reels. I watched the you tube demo for rapid reels and was very impressed with there product .So I ordered one and man I can not believe how well this thing is made it is the best their is period these guys thought of every detail possible from no flat tires to no rust product to great packaging so no damaged shipping to perfect engineering and instructions.My only problem I have is which of my kids to leave it to in my will

Like others, I had purchased a plastic hose reel at the local home store. The handle broke within the first 2 months of use. I took the plunge and ordered the Rapid Reel. Commment:	I purchased a competing product for nearly the same price 2 years ago. It started to rust almost immediately, the handle was too short and the tires went flay constantly. After 2 years the connection where the hose attached snapped off. No spare parts available so it was $200 of junk. Yours' is sturdy enough to be dropped out of the back of a military transport aircraft and keep functioning. All parts are rust-proof and strong. The tires can't go flat because they are filled with foam. Assembly instructions are straight-forward and the videos on your site are helpful too. When I bought the competing product, I did so because I was concerned yours would be difficult to navigate through the gate between my front and back yard which is just barely wider than your product. To my surprise, your hose reel cart is amazingly well balanced and nimble. With 100 feet of heavy duty hose on it, it is nearly effortless to tip, move and manoeuvre. You fellas did a great job of designing and executing this product. I wish more things were built to this standard.

After surfing the internet and reading the rave reviews about the Rapid Reel we decided on the 2 wheel cart model. It’s exactly what I wanted. It was assembled within twenty minutes after UPS dropped it off and it’s seen daily use since. It’s a well made product and even does double duty as a dog toy. The new pup chases the nozzle whenever we reel in the hose.

Commment:	I almost never rate products, but this is an excection. I work as a global quality development manager for a high-tech fortune 500 company and I know quality when I see it. Just pulling the individual pieces out of the box told me that this is a quality product with some serious engineering and quality materials. The product itself is great. Once I finished assembling it, i tested it out and was extremely happy. No leaks - not a drop (could never say this about any other brand of hose reel i have ever purchased in my lifetime). Extremely smooth and solid functionality - it feels like there is someone helping unwind it and hand it too you - even at 90 feet it is smooth and effortless. The brake cam really works to allow the owner to decide how much tension they need. And rolling the hose back up only takes second and it just as effortless. The revolving handle really makes it easy to turn (no more solid plastic handles tearing up my hands). Extremly solid piece of equipment. The solid tires were what finally pushed me over the edge to buy it (i would not have purchased it if I had to worry about flat tires). I can easily roll this from my back yard to my front yard or anywhere else I need it. I replaced two of the common plastic hose reels with this one, and it is already making our lives easier. I am planning on buying one for my parents for a house warming gift. This may actually be the thing I buy all my friends as house warming presents - unique, high quality, and useful. Assembly is required, however, it includes some of the best assembly instructions I have seen. Very easy to understand and follow with plenty of excellent diagrams - and from muliple angles. Someone really knew what they were doing when they designed the instructions. All tools included. In summary: Extremly high quality product. Zero leaks. Extremely smooth operation - rolling in and out. Very solid - with "solid" tires - never worry about a flat or tire replacements. Delivery was fast. Best assembly instructions I have seen in many years for any type of product. It will be my gift of choice for housewarming gifts. I am extremely satisfied and would definitely buy this again. I highly recommend it. It will save you money in the long run by not wasting water, not having to replace those other plastic brands every three years, and in case there is a problem - you can buy replacement parts.

Commment:	I am truly impressed with the Rapid Reel 2-Wheel Garden Hose Cart. I find the brake (something I thought rather ridiculous when I first read about it) completely eliminates the frustrating unraveling of the hose when moving it about -- something which happened all the time with my old $60 hose cart. In fact, the entire unit is so convenient that I now use my hose several times a day -- even though I have an automated sprinkler system. All one has to do is put a hand on the cart to know how substantial and well built it is. If I ever have buy a replacement, it will certainly be a Rapid Reel.

Commment:	Very Well Built Product. The Best I have seen so far. Instruction Manual explains how to assemble everything in great detail. Also includes the tools to assemble the product. For a long time I was using one of the hose carts I bought at one of those Do it Yourself Hardware stores. Every time I went to pull the Cart out it would hit the back of my heel of my foot, you couldn't push it you had to pull it. Big mistake that was. Went on the Internet to look for a Heavy Duty Hose Cart, came across Rapid Reel Hose Reels. Thought I would take a chance. Glad I did. Used it today. Buy it. You won't be sorry.

Finally, I found one that's better than GOOD, it is just excellent! Sturdy, great quality, and pleasant to look at! This hose reel is wonderful. It's easy to pull out and roll up and it is so well-made. I guess I'm DONE with those disposable plastic things. So great, I bought another one for the back yard spigot.

Commment:	This new 2009 model is a thing of beauty -- engineering and precision manufacturing are top notch. Built like a tank, but very maneuverable. The wife (a landscape architect and gardening buff) absolutely loves it. Next purchase is the wall mount to replace the crappy plastic reel from previous owner.
