Yes.  The reel comes complete with all parts required for assembling into either a 90° or vertical arm configuration.  However, the arms of the reel are designed to slide into the square tube "receiving socket" of one of our brackets...or into a socket that was fabricated onto the frame of the pressure washer.  Some pressure washer manufacturers fabricate a socket onto their washer frames to accomodate our "quick-mount" design.  Please check with your local dealer to see if their washers come equipped with these sockets.

Yes.  However, keep in mind that this will void the 2-year no leak guarantee.  Although this reel is equipped with a chemical resistant stainless and brass swivel, harsh chemicals such as aluminum brightener, or other caustic chemicals will dramatically shorten the life of the swivel and interior axle.

No.  Because of the special requirements of each particular application, (1/2" vs. 3/8", single-wire vs. double-wire, rigid fitting vs. swivel fitting, length, etc.), ELEY does not equip high pressure reels with an inlet hose.  A suitable inlet hose can usually be obtained through local dealers that carry hydraulic hose products, such as pressure washer, fluid power, heavy equipment or farm implement dealerships.   

Our high-pressure swivels are equipped with Viton o-rings.

Yes. All ELEY high-pressure swivels use the same repair kit (part # 2456). Installation of the seal kit DOES NOT require the use of any special tools. However, you will need a dental pick or similar device to remove the old seals.

No. Our semi-gloss black paint has proven to be an ideal fit for most consumer and commercial applications. This universally neutral color also keeps the reel looking good by helping hide the dirt and grime.

Not at this time. Our industrial reels are constructed of high-grade and corrosion resistant aluminum, stainless steel hardware and painted with a durable powder coat finish.

Our largest capacity pressure washer reels are those models that are listed with 3/8" capacities up to 200 ft.  However, keep in mind that 200 feet will fill it to the rim.  The capacity we recommend for "comfortable" use on these models is 175 ft. of 3/8" hose.

It is not recommended.  Many industrial hot water pressure washers are equipped with a steam option and are sometimes referred to as "combo" units.  Wet steamers can reach temperatures around 300°F, and although this reel is rated at 325°F, we do not recommend you run wet or dry steam through it.  The heat build-up within the hose still wrapped on the reel can create hose failure.  In addition, most of the benefit from the high heat is lost the longer the distance it has to travel through a hose. If you want to use steam, we recommend that you by-pass the reel with a 15-20 foot steam hose.
