Return Policy Overview

Because we value our relationship with you, we offer a return policy for products purchased directly from us. Within 30 days of purchase, you may return or exchange products that you purchased directly from Rapid Reel for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid (less shipping and handling).

For an exchange, you do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.

Criteria for Returns

All returned items must meet the following criteria or be subject to a partial refund.

  • Items must have been purchased directly from Rapid Reel.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must show a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number on the exterior of the package.
  • Items must be returned freight prepaid to the Rapid Reel Return Center.

How Refunds Are Calculated

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

  • Items that meet the criteria outlined above will receive a full refund of purchase price (less shipping and handling).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be subject to a partial refund of up to 50% of the item's price.
  • If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for that item.
  • Rapid Reel does not refund initial shipping or handling charges.
  • If you used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item you want to return, that part of your refund will be credited to your account for use on a future purchase. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply.

If after reading this information, you feel that the amount of your refund was incorrect, please e-mail us.

When Refunds Are Processed

  1. Upon receipt of the returned purchase, Rapid Reel will inspect the merchandise.
  2. If it meets the return condition criteria, Rapid Reel will issue a credit or a refund for the purchase price paid, less initial shipping charges.
  3. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund to your credit card within 3-5 business days of our receiving your return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number . This number must be obtained by contacting Rapid Reel customer service within the return policy period at 1-866-523-2363 (toll free) or 402-474-2224 if outside the U.S. and Canada.
  2. Package the product for return shipping. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. Do not include items from other orders – or other shipments from the same order – in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label. Make sure the RGA number is displayed on the exterior of the package.
  3. Ship the product to our Return Center . Select the carrier of your choice and ship the product(s) at your expense.
