I had ordered a Rapid Reel from the Internet and it was shipped directly from your company in July. The reel was shipped but FedEx never scanned the number so apparently it got lost and it never got to me. I called and a gentlemen by the name of Scott had another shipped to me. I received it today. I really appreciate what your company (especially Scott) did for me and the excellent service and friendly attitude. Now when everyone sees my Rapid Reel, I will make sure they know about your company. Thank you for all your help.
