We strive to make your online purchasing experience as pleasant as possible. You will not be asked to register or create an account in order to make a purchase from this website, only to provide the following:
Once the shopping is done, our checkout process takes approximately 3-1/2 minutes to complete (for the average online shopper with a credit card in hand).
Transaction Security
Rapid Reel guarantees transactions and privacy will be 100% safe. We realize that security and privacy are primary concerns to online customers, and we strive to maintain the integrity of personal information with industry standard encryption technology to ensure the safe transmission of your information on all our secure web pages. Our online shopping cart is designed to protect the privacy of all your personal information including credit card information, name, mailing and shipping addresses, e-mail address and any other information you share with us. If you order online from us, we will encrypt your order and credit card information to ensure a secure transaction.
Ordering by Phone
Simply call us at 1-866-523-2363 (toll free) or 402-474-2224 if outside the U.S. and Canada to place an order by phone from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Central Standard Time, Monday-Friday. A live customer service agent – not a multi-layered phone system – will answer your call. Have your credit card ready and they will have your order completed in just a couple of minutes. Also, our customer service professionals will ask for an e-mail address or fax number for order confirmation.
Forms of Payment
Rapid Reel accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept all debit cards that display the MasterCard or VISA logos. Should you experience a problem while placing your order, please call a Customer Service Representative to assist you. Rapid Reel does not accept checks or money orders. Payment can only be made using one of the major credit cards listed above.
Making Changes to Your Order
Provided your order hasn’t yet shipped, you may change it by contacting Rapid Reel Customer Service either by phone or e-mail during their normal business hours of Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., CST.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Contact Rapid Reel Customer Service immediately at 1-866-523-2363 (toll free) or by e-mail. If a claim is to be filed, Rapid Reel will do so. In either case, whether lost or damaged, you will incur no additional charges in resolving the issue.
U.S. Delivery Time
Your delivery time depends on which of the following FedEx delivery methods you choose.
FedEx Regular Ground Service - Delivery in 1-5 business days throughout the 48 contiguous states, 4 days to Alaska, and 5 days to Hawaii. View U.S. Transit Days Map for more details.
FedEx 2nd Day Delivery - Guaranteed delivery time is two business days to most areas by 7 p.m.
FedEx Overnight Delivery - Guaranteed delivery time is one business day by 4:30 p.m.
FedEx Priority Overnight - Delivery time is one business day by 10:30 a.m. to most areas.
Your order will only be taxed if it is being shipped to an address within the state of Nebraska, where Nebraska state and local taxes will apply. Please note that your designated ship-to address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Rapid Reel will not process any order that specifies an address of a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center or P.O. Box.
The amount of shipping added to your order depends on three factors:
During the checkout process – and prior to confirming your order – you will have an opportunity to review the delivery method and shipping costs for your order.

Order and Ship Confirmations
A few minutes after you place your order an Order Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide during the checkout process. Once your order has shipped, a copy of the Invoice, with tracking numbers, will serve as your ship confirmation and be sent to the same e-mail address.
Canadian Orders
For orders shipped to Canada, customs and duty charges will be added to the shipping charges. The amount of these charges will depend on the size of your order and the destination province. For orders totaling less than $850 USD, Customs will typically be around $40 USD per order. Duties and taxes will range from 7% to 15% of purchase price depending on the destination province. During the checkout process – and prior to confirming your order – you will have an opportunity to review these additional charges. Canadian residents also have three delivery methods to choose from:
FedEx International Ground Service - Approximate transit time is 3-7 business days.
FedEx Express International Economy® - Approximate transit time is typically 2-3 business days.
FedEx Express International Priority® - Approximate transit time is typically 1-2 business days.How can I get help if I have a problem or question?
There are three methods to get assistance from Customer Support:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We value our customer relationships and your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you have a problem or are not happy with any product purchased directly from Rapid Reel, please contact us. One of our friendly customer service agents will help work through any issues you may have with your purchase. If you feel the product just isn't right for you, you may arrange for a return or an exchange within 30 days. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Returns Procedure page for more details.
No Restocking Fees
Rapid Reel does not charge a restocking fee for returned merchandise. We want – and expect – you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If the product fails to meet your expectations for whatever reason, we will not charge you a fee to send it back.
Gifted Items
Gifted items may be returned. Just keep the packing slip, also referenced as the Delivery Notice. With the number off the Delivery Notice, we can verify the original purchase for exchanges and the original purchaser in the case of a return for refund. Please note that Rapid Reel must be contacted within 30 days of the ship date indicated on the Delivery Notice.
Holiday Gift Return Policy
Our standard policy is to accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order Christmas gifts early. As such, the return period for the holiday season is extended every year. Items purchased directly from Rapid Reel between November 15th and December 23rd may be returned until the following January 31st for a full refund, subject to other return guidelines.
Items Not Purchased Directly From Rapid Reel
If the item you wish to exchange or return was not purchased factory-direct from Rapid Reel (either from this website or by phone) you will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from. You will be subject to that particular retailer’s return and exchange policies. If the retailer does not respond to your concerns after a reasonable period of time, you may contact Rapid Reel and we will attempt to work with them to resolve the issue.
Local Store Returns
Items purchased factory-direct from Rapid Reel must be shipped back to Rapid Reel’s Return Center. They cannot be returned to a local physical store or any other Rapid Reel retailer.

I had ordered a Rapid Reel from the Internet and it was shipped directly from your company in July. The reel was shipped but FedEx never scanned the number so apparently it got lost and it never got to me. I called and a gentlemen by the name of Scott had another shipped to me. I received it today.
