Tracking Your Order

Once an order ships, a copy of the invoice (including tracking numbers) is sent to the e-mail address provided during the checkout process. You can track your order every step of the way with either of the following methods:

  • Online.Type in the tracking number(s) from the invoice into the box provided on the FedEx website
  • By Phone. With your tracking number(s) at hand, call 1-800-463-3339, press 2 and follow the instructions.
